7 Self Love Practices Just For You!

Self Love is a practice. Here are some tips just for you to help love on ya self!

  1. Say What You Feel.
    It's no better feeling than to say how you feel. Never hold back when you are being open and honest to others you are being honest with yourself. 

  2. Do What You Love. 
    There is nothing better than doing what you love no matter what others feel. Grow with it and allow it to flow while loving yourself.

  3. Be Mindful of What You Eat.
    When we eat good, we feel good. That's the first step of taking care of our mind body and soul. Remember, "we are what we eat". 

  4. Challenge Yourself.
    Set a goal. Do something different. Lessons come from the most uncomfortable places.

  5. Find Your Tribe. 
    It’s important to surround yourself with people who love and support you through everything that you intend to do. Great energy is a good source of self love make sure you surround yourself with positive, uplifting people. 

  6. Yoga Every Damn Day.
    I recommend yoga or any type of body movement daily but yoga is a great way to practice self love. It opens your heart to new things and gives you feeling to just flow. Start slow stretching helps too. 

  7. Meditate.
    Meditating is always somewhat challenging in the beginning. You can shift your mind by just focusing on the breath. You can state affirmations while meditating, state the things you love about yourself and what you are grateful for. Find a comfy, quiet spot and focus on you.
