The Practice

Breathe. Yes, In and Out. Breathe In …and Out. Woosah! Didn’t that feel good? lol Meditation is a true practice and really is just quieting the mind and focusing on the breath. That’s how you truly start the process, focusing on the breath. That helps with clearing away all of the random thoughts that come up.

Guided Mediations are great for beginners. That used to be my go to and still are kinda but I wanted to introduce you to this meditation album that I absolutely love. It shows me that I can be still with out a guide and i love that.

time to Meditate

I’m actually just realizing that Beautiful Chorus, the creators of this album has other meditations which I can’t wait to try. This meditation album is great to start with for sure. It goes through and scans each chakra. The entire album is 34 minutes long. From the beginning your body becomes in a trance by the vibrations from the sound bowls used. I love it.
