DIY: Your Fave New Coffee Scrub
We all love silky smooth skin. my fave type of body exfoliator at the moment is my DIY Coffee Scrub Recipe. If you are in need of a natural exfoliator or looking to try something new, here you go! Check out the recipe and benefits below.
Why coffee?
Coffee has many benefits and is not just for drinking! Caffeine found in coffee scrubs improves blood circulation, may reduce the appearance of cellulite and gives the skin a more even tone look. When a coffee body scrub is applied, the skin absorbs the antioxidant properties to prevent premature aging as well.
After exfoliating on a regular basis, you will notice your skin is able to absorb moisture more effectively. This will stimulate blood flow, which can help diminish things like cellulite, stretch marks, and acne. Your skin will feel extra supple too. After a while, I feel like my skin is tighter.
It is also so rejuvenating. The smell of the coffee literally wakes you up in the shower.
Check out the recipe below.
